Do I need an account to use Aegis?

Yes. Aegis uses one account for the Store, Library, web modules, launcher access, and protected product delivery.

What is included after signup?

Free products are automatically attached to your account. Paid, VIP, and Developer products unlock after checkout or license redemption.

Why do some modules open in the browser while others use the launcher?

Web products open from the Library. Desktop products, Unity Universal, Unreal Engine Universal, and protected artifacts are delivered through the authenticated Aegis Launcher.

What are the main access tiers?

Aegis supports Free access, VIP access, and Developer access. Free and VIP share the customer product library path; Developer access is for separate builder-focused tools.

Can I buy a product for myself or resell a key?

Yes. Checkout can apply access directly to your account or generate a reseller key for another user when that flow is available for the product.

Are protected files publicly downloadable?

No. Protected binaries and artifacts are served only through authenticated, entitlement-checked launcher or download flows.

What does the Update Launcher do?

The Update Launcher verifies the local installation, checks versions, repairs missing files, downloads the latest launcher, and then starts Aegis Launcher.

How do Unity Universal and Unreal Engine Universal launch?

They are Store products that are delivered through the launcher. The website shows entitlement and setup context, but the protected runtime loading happens inside the desktop launcher flow.

Where do I get troubleshooting help?

Signed-in users can access the Aegis Troubleshooter from the Library. It includes guided checks for launcher, update, and installation issues.

How does VIP work?

VIP is monthly access to the paid customer product set while the subscription remains active.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund handling depends on product type, access state, and support review. See the Refund Policy for the complete customer-facing rules.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Account and billing controls are managed through the Store and Account Dashboard as those systems are connected.

Does Aegis ask for private keys or seed phrases?

No. Aegis should never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signing secrets.

Are admin bot tools public?

No. Discord Bot and Telegram Bot management is owner/admin-only and is not part of the public customer Library.

How are downloads protected?

Downloads require a signed-in account and server-side entitlement checks. Protected artifacts are not exposed as static public links.

If a product is missing, check that you are signed in, then open the customer Library. The Library shows free access, paid access, VIP status, launcher-managed products, and download/setup options.
